Palisade Kitchen & Bar is a premier dining destination that has proudly served the Wollongong community since 2020. Overlooking the stunning coastline of North Wollongong Beach, Palisade offers an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere where exceptional cuisine meets breathtaking ocean views.
Our mission is to create memorable dining experiences through thoughtfully crafted dishes, attentive service and a vibrant yet relaxed ambience - the perfect setting to gather, celebrate and enjoy the very best of coastal dining.

Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner, it’s made for long lunches, easy dinners and those first taste-of-summer moments by the coast.
